This has been a complex scope with an incredibly tight program, but the work by the Apex team has been first class- including stepping in to deliver the pool works. The project needed strong day to day oversight, driving decisions and deadlines to ensure we were able to relocate staff in April and have the pool completed in May.
Whilst there are a few loose ends to close out, I’m pleased to say that our services have all successfully transitioned and are settling into their new home for the next 3 years.
