Scope of fitout
Design and construct a stimulating multicoloured environment that will foster greater staff communication and collaboration. As well as being a colourful welcoming client space
- Demolition of the existing fitout.
- Building a disabled toilet and ambulant toilet to AS1428.1 2009 design for access and mobility
- Fitting out a modern kitchen and breakout area for staff to relax and enjoy their break
- Creating a new client friendly reception and waiting area.
- Choosing a multicoloured vibrant palette for the walls, doors, soft furnishings, workstation screens and flooring.
- Constructing a state-of-the-art kitchen for cooking classes
Challenges
Design and construct a modern vibrant fitout on a tight budget. Create a secure office area for employees while retaining an accessible friendly reception area.
Solutions
To help keep costs down we mixed and matched in stock of the shelf colours for the furnishes and fittings. Discreet security cameras, swipe card access doors and panic alarms were installed to ensure staff safety.
